2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account on the ph336 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether concurrently or sequentially, is strictly prohibited. ph336 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts identified and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph336 or who are registered in any PAGCOR self-exclusion database are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 8.3 Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph336 is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph336 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, or unauthorized Account access.
9.2 ph336's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
